Through sacred medicine, somatic practices, and intentional community, you’ll clarify your purpose, ground your insights, and recalibrate your inner compass, so you can return to your work and life with renewed clarity, creativity, and presence.

Retreat Itinerary

  • Monday – Arrival & Opening

    · Afternoon arrival + check-in to your boutique accommodations in Ericeira
    · Settle into the rhythm of the land and the flow of the retreat container
    · Welcome dinner: intentional, locally sourced, and shared in community
    · Opening circle to ground, connect, and prepare for ceremony

  • Tuesday – Earth Medicine Ceremony (Psilocybin)

    · Light breakfast + morning grounding practice
    · Intention-setting circle + collective altar building
    · Ceremonial mushroom journey with curated music, somatic support, and loving guidance
    · Post-ceremony integration meal
    · Evening quiet time or optional group reflection

  • Wednesday - Integration & Restoration Day

    · Breakfast in the town of Ericeira, followed by gentle movement or bodywork (optional yoga, massage, cold plunge, sauna or nature walk)
    · Free time for exploring, solo processing, journaling, meditation, or quiet contemplation
    · Sunset Sound Bath
    · Casual communal dinner and space to simply be
    · Fireside Integration Circle

  • Thursday– Heart Medicine Ceremony (MDMA + Psilocybin)

    · Nourishing breakfast
    · Co-regulation circle + heart-centered group preparation
    · Heart-opening MDMA + mushroom ceremony held with deep care and presence
    · Shared dinner and creative integration circle
    · Optional bodywork, journaling, or fireside conversation

  • Friday – Integration & Departure

    · Morning integration circle to begin weaving the experience into your life
    · Nourishing farewell breakfast
    · Time for reflection, time in nature, or one-on-one support
    · Check-out by late morning, leaving grounded, expanded, and connected

Our retreat takes place at a boutique hotel nestled in the hillside above town, offering peaceful views, beautifully designed spaces, and easy access to beaches, cafés, and local shops. The property is held with care by a conscious, heart-led team who supports this kind of deep healing work. Retreat Details

  • The retreat will take place in Ericeira, Portugal, a charming surf town just 45 minutes from Lisbon. You’ll be staying in a peaceful boutique hotel nestled in the hillside above town, offering privacy, stunning views, and beautifully designed spaces for rest and reflection.

  • This is an intentionally intimate retreat, with a maximum of 12 participants. Small group size ensures deep support, personalized attention, and meaningful connection.

    • 4 nights / 5 days boutique accommodations

    • 2 medicine ceremonies (psilocybin + MDMA/psilocybin combo)

    • Preparation + integration support via Zoom (group and private calls)

    • Daily yoga, movement, and breathwork

    • Nourishing, locally-sourced meals

    • Optional massage, cold plunge, sauna and bodywork sessions

    • Psychedelic education to support personal practice

    • Roundtrip airport transportation from Lisbon

  • Guests will stay in one of Ericeira’s top-rated boutique hotels, featuring private rooms with the option to share a suite with a friend or another participant. Both private and shared room options will be available at different price points.

  • Yes. You are welcome to add extra nights before or after the retreat if you wish to enjoy more solo integration time or explore the region. We’re happy to help coordinate your stay.

  • Shared Suite (Early Bird): €3,699 Euro
    ($4,333 USD)

    Private Suite (Early Bird): €3,999
    ($4,677 USD)

    Prices will increase 3 months from the retreat, so we encourage early registration to secure your preferred rate and room type.

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the retreat begins. After 90 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

    The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that we cannot offer refunds after this point. However, in extenuating circumstances, your spot may be transferred to another participant or applied as a credit toward a future retreat.

  • No prior experience is necessary. This retreat is designed to meet you where you are… whether you’re exploring sacred medicine for the first time or returning with deeper intention. Education, preparation, and integration support are built into every step of the journey to ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the experience.

  • Yes — we are committed to honoring the energy of this work while also practicing accessibility and reciprocity.

    • If you deeply feel this retreat is for you but cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We have a limited number of sliding scale spots and are happy to discuss what’s possible.

    • If you feel called to sponsor someone who cannot afford to attend, we’d love to hear from you. Your generosity helps extend this work to those who need it most.

    • Returning retreat guests (from previous Kalama Retreats) are eligible for a special early bird rate of 3,333 EUR for a shared suite. Pricing tiers will increase in the new year, so we encourage you to reach out early to claim your spot.

  • To reserve your space, a $300 USD deposit is required.

Aloha, I’m Anastasia.

I curate spaces for people to return to themselves.

As a psychedelic facilitator, ceremony weaver, and integration coach, my work is about holding sacred space for transformation ~ especially for those navigating transition, growth, and leadership evolution. I’ve walked alongside plant medicines for nearly two decades, with training rooted in reverence, relationship, and deep trust in the inner healer.

I believe it’s our birthright to explore our consciousness and expand our capacity to heal. This retreat is not about being “guided,” it’s about being supported while you listen inward, reconnect with your own clarity, and realign with what matters most.

Whether you're stepping away from the intensity of leadership, facing a turning point in your career, or simply seeking space to recalibrate, I’m here to hold the lantern beside you, as you tend to your own light within.

Meet Sylvia!

Sylvia brings over two decades of experience in integrative healing, guiding clients through powerful transformation at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern psychedelic practice. As a licensed acupuncturist, certified health coach, and trained psychedelic facilitator, she weaves together somatic intelligence, herbal medicine, emotional integration, and sacred ceremony.

Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we remember our wholeness. Drawing from her Peruvian lineage, years of co-creation training with master healer Armand Bytton, and professional experience with psilocybin, cannabis, ketamine, and MDMA, Sylvia holds compassionate, grounded, and deeply intuitive space.

She is the founder of Well Dosed, a women’s psychedelic wellness company, and specializes in microdosing, expanded-state coaching, and supporting big life transitions. Whether you're reconnecting with your body, reclaiming your power, or rewiring old patterns, Sylvia meets you with presence, precision, and care.
