Heartfelt shares from
clients & fellow seekers

  • Working with Anastasia has been one of the most empowering experiences of my healing journey. She was the reason I even considered microdosing in the first place! She offered gentle, grounded education that honored my autonomy and timing. She never pushed, only held space with compassion and clarity that helped me feel safe enough to explore the medicine path in my own way.

  • Once I decided to begin, Anastasia’s presence became an anchor. Her dedication to my success has been unwavering. She explained things that initially felt overwhelming or intimidating with patience and care. She held space for every part of my experience, from the beautiful to the confusing, and consistently reminded me that I was never alone in it.

  • Anastasia is a true space holder. Her wisdom around consumption methods, support protocols, and harm reduction gave me the confidence I needed to feel safe, informed, and held. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her steady guidance and deep integrity. I am endlessly grateful for her.

It’s not dangerous in small doses, but we’ll talk through your unique situation and explore whether it’s the right time. Microdosing expands your emotional capacity, while SSRIs often blunt it, so I recommend doing longer support container so you feel fully supported and together, we’ll find the path that supports your nervous system and soul.

  • Out of respect for current legal boundaries, I do not sell or distribute any controlled substances. However, I can offer guidance on trusted sourcing considerations during our consultation.
