A Regenerative Medicine Retreat
An intimate four-day immersion at Gratitude Garden Farm
January 15-18, 2027 | Loxahatchee Groves, Florida
Hidden within a private organic farm tucked away in South Florida, Gratitude Garden is more than a retreat venue, it is a living ecosystem devoted to healing and restoration.
For four days, this extraordinary property becomes our home. Together we'll slow down, share vibrant farm-to-table meals, wander medicinal gardens, rest beneath ancient oaks, and explore expanded states of awareness within a landscape intentionally designed to nourish both people and planet.
This intimate retreat weaves together sacred medicine, breathwork, gentle movement, restorative practices, and meaningful community. Supported by the rhythms of the land, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters most, and return home with greater presence, vitality, and purpose.

Meet Your Lantern Holder
Aloha, I’m Anastasia.
I often say that my role is simply to hold the lantern… not to illuminate your path for you, but to offer enough light that you can walk it with greater trust.
I don't believe healing is something another person gives us. Rather, I believe it's something we remember when the conditions are right: when we feel safe, when we slow down enough to listen, and when we're supported by the wisdom of community, nature, and the medicines themselves.
One of the things I love most about working with mushrooms is that they model this beautifully.
Long before they were recognized for their medicinal potential, fungi had already spent millions of years quietly tending the forest floor, breaking down what no longer serves, nourishing new life, and weaving vast underground networks that allow entire ecosystems to communicate, cooperate, and flourish.
In many ways, I believe they invite us into that same process.
They don't tell us who to become. They gently help clear away what has obscured who we already are.
That's one of the reasons Gratitude Garden feels so deeply aligned with this work.
This isn't simply a beautiful place to gather. It is a regenerative farm intentionally stewarded to cultivate health - for the soil, for the plants, for the people who walk its paths, and for the generations that will follow. Throughout our time together, the land becomes more than the setting for our retreat. It becomes part of the teaching itself.
My hope is that you'll leave with more than meaningful insights. I hope you'll return home with a deeper trust in your own inner wisdom, a renewed relationship with the natural world, and the quiet knowing that, like the mycelium beneath the forest floor, we're never as separate as we sometimes believe.
With gratitude for your trust, and heartfelt anticipation for what’s yet to unfold, I can't wait to welcome you !
